LABELTECH latest innovations at LABELEXPO STAND 6 A 51. LABELTECH is ready to present new machines and solutions. 
Labeltech presents ORTLES slitter rewinder, the evolution of the former IT slitter rewinder. The improved technology permitted the development and integration of two new useful items: VAJOLET, semi automatic turret rewinder and LAVAREDO, automatic slitter positioning system for both rotary and razor slitters. Vajolet and Lavaredo modules will run live on an Ortles 430 slitter rewinder and can be integrated on all Labeltech machines. More about Ortles Labeltech also introduces its first converting machine STELVIO, modular and compact at the same time. The exhibited configuration includes rotary/semi rotary die cut to register , inspection, 3 different slitting systems (half-cut, scissors and razor) and the outputs roll to roll and roll to sheet. More about Stelvio SCILIAR bi-directional horizontal rewinder closes the list of the innovations shown. The high quality of the rewinding tension makes this machine stand out. Thanks to many years of experience and production flexibility, LABELTECH technical staff is able to design and realize customized solutions. We have recently delivered two custom designed machines: Eiger for nonwoven material with perforation unit: this machine has been designed to produce tearing rolls of nonwoven materials. RUSSIAN PRINTERS INVEST IN LABELTECH, E+L COMBINATION Italian manufacturer Labeltech has detailed initial success in Russia with its Ortles rewinder supplied with Erhardt+Leimer Smartscan 100 percent inspection system, with further orders now received.  Smartscan provides 100 percent control, shows a color image of the moving web and uses a special light concept that is unique on the market. Gabriele D´Onofrio, owner of Labeltech, notes that 100 percent inspection is a ‘hot topic’ for almost every label company, and while Labeltech has provided inspection systems combined with its hardware for a long time, supplying them with the Erhardt+Leimer Smartscan 100 percent inspection system has opened new possibilities for new customers, he said. Last year, Nuove Grafiche Puddu , an Italian label company based near Cagliari on the Italian island of Sardinia, invested in a Labeltech Ortles 330 slitter rewinder equipped with an Erhardt+Leimer Smartscan S camera system. A system has now been installed in Russia, aided by Labeltech’s local representative, Eduard Galperin , with the customer stating: ‘The cost effectiveness could not be better. 100 percent inspection is mandatory nowadays to ensure good quality.’ Further orders in Russia have already been received, Labeltech confirmed.
